Career Guidance & Placement Cell

The Career Guidance & Placement Cell at the college plays a crucial role in shaping students' future careers by providing support and guidance in finding suitable job opportunities and higher education options. Recognizing the significance of career planning, the cell is dedicated to assisting students in identifying and pursuing careers of their choice. While many students opt for higher education, a significant number prefer to enter the job market after graduation. To meet these diverse needs, the cell organizes various training programs, seminars, and workshops designed to prepare students for the challenges of the professional world.

The cell conducts sessions on soft-skill development, coaching for competitive exams, and organizes industry interactions to expose students to real-world scenarios. It also facilitates campus recruitment drives by bringing in companies and organizations that are interested in hiring graduates. To keep track of student preferences and skills, the cell compiles an annual database, which is shared with potential employers to help match students with suitable job opportunities.

Vision

The vision of the Career Guidance & Placement Cell is to build strong, active relationships with the corporate sector and prepare students to excel in the corporate world.

Mission

The mission of the cell is to guide students in achieving their career goals by organizing trainings, lectures, workshops, seminars, and placement drives, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in their professional endeavors.
